Cycling for inclusion
For the benefit of vulnerable families in Quebec
Join us on Sunday,

for the 10th edition!
In 2023, Cycling for Inclusion celebrates its 10th birthday! Join us to celebrate the anniversary of this fundraising activity organized by Mission inclusion as part of Vélo Québec’s Défi métropolitain. Every year, cyclists come out on a beautiful spring day, at a different site each year, to cover routes for all levels, from 45 to 150 km.
If you are a cycling enthusiast, whether beginner or pro, and you wish to support the cause of vulnerable communities in Quebec, this challenge is for you!
This year, the start will be from Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville! More details to come soon.
Nadine Ménard becomes the new ambassador for the Cycling for Inclusion fundraising activity
Entrepreneur, creative leader, author and journalist, Nadine Ménard has a significant impact on the event industry in Quebec. She is the head of SUITE22 Events, a 100% female-owned agency that creates corporate events since 2005.
I consider social involvement as an integral part of my responsibilities as an entrepreneur, but above all as a human being. I strongly believe in the power of giving back. I carefully target the causes I endorse and I mobilize my network of contacts to support the selected organizations or events. This often represents little involvement but makes a huge difference to society.
When I was asked to be an ambassador for the tenth edition of Cycling for Inclusion to the benefit of vulnerable families in Quebec, I did not hesitate. This fundraising activity, organized by Mission inclusion as part of the Vélo Québec Metropolitan challenge, was a perfect fit for my personal and corporate values.

Your participation has a
tangible and positive impact!
Through your involvement in the Cycling for Inclusion challenge, you directly support vulnerable communities in Quebec. Your participation helps people experiencing homelessness, seniors, and families and children in need.
For example, we are funding a food security project at La Maison d’Aurore, an organization that works to improve living conditions and build community on the Plateau Mont-Royal. It brings people together, provides support, conducts workshops on subjects such as preparing snacks for kids, provides community meals for seniors in low-income housing, and holds cooking workshops for young adults.
