Action fUND
for inclusion and participation
Contributing to the reduction of inequalities by supporting innovative initiatives
The ACTION Fund supports civil society organizations that work alongside marginalized communities, including women, youth, persons with disabilities, and Indigenous communities, in their fight for inclusion and social justice.
Through targeted financial and technical support, it helps strengthen the agency of the most vulnerable, protect their fundamental rights, and improve their access to essential services such as health, education, and economic opportunity.
Its work is organized around four pillars:
Empowerment and leadership of marginalized groups
Promotion of human rights
Equitable access to basic services
Climate and environmental justice
Rooted in local realities, the ACTION Fund champions solutions driven by and for communities, with the goal of building truly just and equitable societies.
