Support for
Organizational accompaniment

Un homme achète quelque chose dans un petit marché à une femme souriante de l’autre côté du comptoir.

Organizational support helps cover part of the costs associated with the support process

This funding supports two-thirds of a strategic planning process, a review of management tools, the development of a JEDI (Justice-Equity-Diversity-Inclusion) approach or the development of audiovisual communication tools. These are just a few examples, but we invite organizations to contact us to present their organizational strengthening needs.
These requests can be submitted at any time and will be analyzed quickly according to our financial availability.

Organizational support is divided into three components

The Reinforcement component

The Reinforcement component is offered in collaboration with the P.A.I.R. team, a consulting firm mandated by Mission inclusion to support organizations in their management. It is the organizations themselves that apply for support from Mission inclusion. This may include consulting services, organizational diagnosis, strategic planning or communication training. All work carried out by PAIR under this program is the property of the organization, which alone decides on its use and dissemination.

The Radiance
component

Mission inclusion believes in highlighting the work and best practices of its partners in Quebec. Hence, the foundation provides support from the P.A.I.R. team, whose expertise in communication and multimedia production will help promote your organization’s work. This will enable you to increase visibility, simplify information, document innovative approaches, and showcase your achievements.

Sharing experiences and knowledge

Mission inclusion is interested in implementing tools and offering opportunities for exchange that promote sharing expertise among organizations within or between regions and generating opportunities for mobilization. Hence, Mission inclusion initiates and facilitates sharing opportunities among its partners and in sharing tools. Mission inclusion offers this support to its partner organizations in Quebec within financial availability.
