Feed A Child

For 23 years, Feed A Child has ensured the food security of children and families in Quebec while participating in their intellectual, social and emotional development.

Feed A Child,
more essential than ever!

To meet the basic needs of children in Quebec, and especially so that they can eat healthily, Mission inclusion, with Feed A Child, supports community organizations dedicated to the cause of disadvantaged families throughout Quebec.
Culinary workshops, collective kitchens, community gardens, parental support, sports activities and homework help… several activities are offered to brighten the life course of children
and their parents.
Help us nourish the body, mind and heart of children. The money raised through this project promotes food security for children in Quebec.

Inspirational testimonials

« Since the Cuisinons entre petits bedons workshops resumed in September 2022, I’ve seen keen interest from students. In some schools, registrations have almost doubled. It shows that this activity meets a real need. It deserves to be continued and enhanced. »
Barbara Daris, Facilitator, Cuisinons entre petits bedons

Maison de la Famille de la MRC de L’Islet, Chaudière-Appalaches

« I remember one mother who had just enough to make puree for her baby. She said, ‘I pick that up first and worry about myself later.’ We told her about our puree workshops. With what she saved, she was able to buy food for herself instead of going to food banks. »
Nathalie Bélanger, Executive Director, Autour du bébé

Ahuntsic-Cartierville Borough, Montreal
